Welcome to Tanza Egypt. By purchasing tickets, entering park grounds, or accessing our website (tanzaeg.com), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Ticket Booking & Admission
All tickets purchased online or at official ticket booths are valid strictly for the date and experience zone specified. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless a show or park zone is cancelled by Tanza management due to severe weather or technical safety maintenance.
2. Park Safety & Visitor Conduct
Visitors must follow all posted safety guidelines, height requirements, and trainer instructions in Adventure Zone, Dolphinarium, and Speed Zone. Tanza reserves the right to refuse entry or escort any individual off park grounds for unsafe behavior or violation of park policies.
3. Photography & Media
Personal photography and videography for non-commercial use are permitted. Professional filming, drone usage, or commercial broadcasting requires prior written approval from Tanza Marketing Office.
4. Limitation of Liability
Tanza Egypt and its operators assume no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Participants in high-adrenaline sports like paintball, trampolines, or go-karting participate at their own risk and must wear provided protective gear at all times.
