Founded by Sheikh Abdulmohsin Al Hokair, Al Hokair Group is one of the Middle East's most established names in entertainment, tourism and hospitality.

Over more than five decades, the Group has developed and operated entertainment centres, family destinations and hotels across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt and other international markets.

Its experience provides TANZA with strong entertainment expertise, operational know-how and an established understanding of how successful leisure destinations are developed, managed and continuously renewed.

El Kayan

Local investment and development

El Kayan brings strong local investment, development and market experience to the partnership.

Led by businessman Mahmoud Gaber, El Kayan's portfolio includes established developments such as G17 and Plaza Spagna, reflecting its experience in creating and managing commercial and destination-led projects in Egypt.

El Kayan provides TANZA with local market understanding, investment capability and the on-ground leadership required to turn the destination's long-term vision into reality.
