Opening hours
The park opens daily at 10:00. Closing is 22:00 Sunday to Wednesday and midnight Thursday to Saturday. Individual zones may close earlier. The Dolphinarium's last show is at 19:00.

Getting here and parking
Parking is free for the first three hours in the main lot, with overflow parking signposted from the north gate. Ride-hailing drop-off is at Gate 2. The nearest bus stop is a five-minute walk from Gate 1.

All main paths are step-free. Wheelchairs can be borrowed at Gate 1 with a refundable deposit. Accessible toilets are in every zone, and the Dolphinarium has reserved wheelchair spaces in the front row of the show pool.
Safety
Height and age limits
Dragon Park requires 1.2m. Karting requires 1.4m for the outdoor circuit and 1.3m for the junior track. The Dolphin Swim Experience is for ages ten and over. Children under twelve must be with an adult at all times.

Tickets and refunds
Tickets bought online are valid for the date printed and can be moved once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the visit. Refunds are available up to 72 hours ahead. Weather closures are refunded in full.
